1. Goods + quality guarantee
The prices of the article come from the average weight. All jewellery is composed of 925er-Sterling silver. The rings come in the sizes: 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 30. The number +40 is mm round.
Our shop is constantly growing. We shall keep you up to date with our newsletter.
Articles which are defective will be replaced or you will receive a credit note. Small differences between the received article and the pictured product in the home page will not be considered defects.

2. Prices
As a wholesaler we only supply for reselling purposes. All prices are netto amounts.
Inside Germany: 19% MWST (Germany VAT rate) must be added.
European Customers outside Germany: we need your VAT-number. No MWST will be added.
Customers outside Europe: No MWST will be added.

3. Terms of delivery.
Ordered goods will be sent within one week after ordering. Articles which we are unable to deliver are marked as such and cannot be put in your shopping cart.
It is possible that articles may be removed from the shop during the ordering process. Therefore, we can not guarantee that all articles in the shopping cart will be available. When an undeliverable article comes up we shall inform you in the newsletter.
Because we base the price of an article on its average weight, it is possible that during production, the weight may vary and therefore the price may also vary. These shall also be published in our newsletter. There can be no redress in law taken, when we cannot deliver an article at the historical price after the article is available again.
We have the right to refuse sale when the customer will sell our products in right-wing political circles. The reason for this is for the protection of our loyal customers.

For orders inside Germany: Delivery is free on orders of 200 Euros or more.

For orders outside Germany and inside Europe, delivery is free on orders of 500 Euros or more.
For orders less than 500 Euros there is a shipping charge of 10 or 20 Euros (depends on the country)

4. Terms of Payment
New customers will be asked for payment on delivery or prepayment on their first two orders. For our regular customers, bills must be paid within 14 days.

5. Contract closure
All conditions are in action when an order in placed, and continue in all further business relations with us.

We formally advice you, with agreeing our general terms and conditions as well as forwarding an order, means to close a contract between general merchant.
Consequently the contract is binding.

6. Ownership
The delivered goods will remain in our ownership until closure of payment.

7. Law suit control
We will not be responsible for articles damaged due to improper use on the part of the buyer or any third party.

8. Last paragraph
These conditions are in accordance with the German law system. Should individual conditions have no strength, the remaining clauses are unaffected.

9. Court Jurisdiction
Court jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
